Administrator Troubleshooting:

  1. Log in to your Tebex Creator Panel.
  2. Go to Integrations > Headless API.
  3. Ensure the Headless API is ENABLED. If it was disabled, any request will return a 404 error.
  4. Copy the Public Token (Webstore Identifier) and ensure it's entered correctly in your site's Admin Panel.
  5. Make sure you have created at least one Category and one Package in Tebex, and they are marked as active and visible to the Headless API.
